What a beautiful version! I have never heard of The Piano Guys before. I just finished watching their version of "O Come, Emmanuel" ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iO7ySn-Swwc&feature=share&list=UUmKurapML4BF9Bjtj4RbvXw ) as well! Beautifully done!
